2.1 By accessing the p898k website, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them, including any amendments published by p898k from time to time.
2.2 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies accessible on the p898k platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules. All such policies form part of the agreement between you and p898k and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.3 Your continued use of the p898k platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the p898k platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the p898k platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or connected accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other details as required by the registration form. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify p898k promptly of any changes.
4.3 Prior to conducting any real-money wagering or processing any withdrawal, all Members are required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include:
4.4 p898k reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage, including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence materials, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.
4.5 Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to wagering restrictions and will not be permitted to process withdrawals until verification is complete.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p898k login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. p898k shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 You must notify p898k immediately by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorization. p898k will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
5.4 p898k strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. p898k will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to p898k immediately.
6.1 All deposits to a p898k account must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name and that correspond to the identity verified during KYC. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Member — are strictly prohibited.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount on the p898k platform is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Cashier section of your account.
6.3 p898k currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced and communicated via the platform from time to time.
6.4 p898k does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of the p898k platform. p898k is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
6.5 Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances and game wagers are denominated in PHP.
6.6 In the event that p898k suspects that a deposit has been made using a stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment method, p898k reserves the right to freeze the associated funds and cooperate with relevant authorities.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified p898k account. p898k does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending verification.
7.3 p898k aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash within five (5) minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard interbank transfer processing times. Actual processing times may vary based on the payment provider's systems.
7.4 p898k does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside p898k's control.
7.5 p898k reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests of unusual size or frequency, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or money-laundering activity. Such reviews may result in temporary holds on withdrawal processing pending investigation.
7.6 Only real-money funds (cash balance, not Bonus Funds) that meet all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. The distinction between cash balance and Bonus Funds is displayed in the Member's account wallet at all times.
8.1 p898k may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, enhanced odds, and other promotions to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from Bonus Funds.
8.2 Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Members only. p898k reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where p898k determines that the Member's activity does not reflect genuine recreational gaming.
8.3 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
8.4 Abuse of p898k's bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using p898k promotions, use of automated software to exploit promotional terms, or coordinated bonus abuse with other Members — constitutes a violation of these Terms. p898k reserves the right to void any bonus-derived winnings and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 All promotions are time-limited. Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the specified promotional period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
9.1 All games available on the p898k platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based titles. All live dealer games use physical dealing procedures conducted in real-time by professional dealers. Both formats are subject to independent testing and certification to verify the fairness and integrity of game outcomes.
9.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are independently verified and published within the game information for each title. The published RTP reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during a game session, p898k reserves the right to void any affected round or wager. In such circumstances, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Member's balance. p898k is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game affected by a verifiable technical malfunction.
9.4 Each game on the p898k platform is governed by individual game rules. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for the reversal of a settled bet.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p898k platform:
10.2 p898k reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that it suspects involves prohibited conduct. During an investigation, p898k may suspend the relevant account, freeze associated funds, and decline to process withdrawals pending the outcome of the investigation.
10.3 Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, p898k may take any of the following actions at its sole discretion: void and withhold all winnings derived from the prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

11.2 All limit reductions and cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases and the reversal of cooling-off periods are subject to a reflection period before taking effect, as required under responsible gaming best practice.
11.3 Members who self-exclude from p898k may not circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and all funds returned to the Member.

12.1 All content on the p898k platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of p898k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p898k platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
12.3 Any use of the p898k brand name, logo, or other intellectual property without express written authorisation from p898k is strictly prohibited.
13.1 The p898k platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p898k makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of technical errors, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p898k's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their p898k account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
13.3 p898k shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the p898k platform.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p898k's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 You may close your p898k account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining eligible cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
14.2 p898k may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.3 Where an account is terminated by p898k due to verified breach of these Terms, p898k reserves the right to retain any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct and to recover any costs incurred in the investigation of that breach.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.
15.2 In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the p898k platform, you should first contact p898k customer support at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue. p898k will use its best efforts to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days of receiving your complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through p898k's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.
15.4 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.1 p898k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the p898k platform with an updated Effective Date. Where changes are material, p898k will use reasonable efforts to notify Members by email or via an in-platform notification.
16.2 Your continued use of the p898k platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
